these are so awesome :) i've tried many times to make gifs in imageready ut they are always too slow (if that makes sense), and the file size is too big no matter how i optimize. i'll give babarosa a try :)

a lot of these seem to come from the same source - may i ask what show/episode/special/etc they came from? it looks really funny :)
