in another video somewhere, he was referred to as "doS" and slapped Aiba-chan!

how did he come to be this S?
and what is the "do" of this "doS"?

Basically, 'doS' means *very* or *totally* S(which is for sadistic, like you said), he just happens to have acquired a reputation for being sadistic, so they tease him with that;P

I think DO- means no.1 or somewhat so Jun is the no.1 sadistic (violent to others guy)
