Calling all Arashi fans, I have a bit of a favor to ask of you.

I am going to Tokyo in May with two friends and we are in desperate need of some concert tickets. I hear they are extremely hard to get (impossible?) if you're not a member of the fanclub as far as Arashi goes, but we're willing to try anyway.

I've been looking online and the problem is, most Japanese ticket sites are in Kanji. I can't read Kanji, unfortunately, and neither can my friends.

Can anyone help me on this front? Any help at all, any suggestions, any references, any ideas, would be immensely helpful. Arigato in advance. My first born child would be yours. ♥

I went to 2 arashi concerts last july, and I bought the first con tickets at a shop in Takeshita dori, in Harajuku. There are a lot of idol shops there, but the one which sells tickets has TVs out of the shop with johnny's and hello project PVs. They are a lot more expensive than the real fanclub price.
We didn't have tickets for the 2n con, but we when to the stadium because there were a lot of scalpers around there. They are expensive too but they have better seats than the Harajuku shop. Although I read somewhere that the scalpers were scary and if you couldn't speak japanese they would ignore you, they were all really friendly with us.
But as the others said, first you need to know if they are helding concerts in may :S

As others have said, they probably won't be on tour until May. Keep in mind too that idol shops and such only have tickets after the FC ones are mailed out or the public ones have already gone on sale and FC tickets are only mailed 2-3 weeks in advance. So you can't buy FC tickets and have them in your hand 1-2 months before the show.

wow, this information is really useful for me too. I'll be living in Japan from June/July (but I won't know what area until probably April/May). I probably won't be able to get in the FC if I only get an address in July, right? :P I am also completely desperate to use this opportunity to see them in concert. I may be living in a fishing village or something but damn it all, I'll use my whole salary to get to Yokohama or Sendai or whatever is closest...
