Koichi jokingly called Ohno Osomatsu-kun (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Osomatsu-kun) rather than Kaibutsu-kun and Ohno had nooo reaction to it because he was, like, half-asleep. Or, you know, just being Ohno.

kyaaa~~ seriously i wished Kinki Kids would appear in himitsu no arashi-chan, vs arashi or arashi ni shiyagare... really~! but i watched 1 clip from youtube long time ago and tsuyoshi was kind of pissed with nino once in johnny's game (since tsuyoshi lost and didn't get to show off his skills), is it true? or is it just acting?
