I wanted to ask if there is any shops in Vancouver or Calgary that sell any johnnys Stuff.
( ARASHI . Kanjani8 , Hey!Say!JUMP , NEWS , KAT-TUN )
Cause I'll be going there for a vacation for 3 weeks ^^ on July 6th

(you'll see this kiddie ride and stuff toy crane machine ahead)
then go to your right and just go there.... and if you see a dvd asian store.. and it's near a music shop... than you're in the right place.. XD

Date: 2010-07-02 05:52 am (UTC)oh I've been to Iwase books many times. I go there to buy my Naruto manga. I haven't been there lately so I haven't had a chance to check if they have any Arashi stuff. Now that I know that they do have Arashi stuff, I'll definitely check it out next time I go. Thanks!

(type in 'book off 636 Hornby Street, Vancouver, BC' in google map).
they've got arashi's dvd, cd, single, movies (2nd hand, but they're quite pricey too me~) and recently, they're selling new mags (they also got old issues of the usual potatos/duets.. etc).

i know a place here where i live that sells magazines and Photo books XD
but CD's and DVD i buy online . ( i Cant find any place here that sell these things -__- )

Date: 2010-07-01 09:29 pm (UTC)I personally wanted to try to go to Crystal Mall and check it out, but I've been so busy to go (I only live a five minute drive away too! T 3 T) Though, they have a few CD places that might sell Arashi (and other Johnny material).
Though, I did go to Yaohan and checked out its Japanese bookstore; they have a whole shelf dedicated for Johnnies. XD It is pricey though; since it's been air-mailed and the whole currency conversion.. :/
As for Metrotown, I think the only "store" that has Arashi things is this vendor cart right outside of T&T Supermarket. The vendor was at a Night Market and that's where I got my Arashi 5x10 tour DVD. But I'm not that sure if they sell it while they are actually in Metrotown.
Arberdeen... I haven't really checked out the bookstore... XD
