Arashi to sing theme song for MatsuJun's Natsu Niji

Can't believe this is actually happening but Arashi wil be singing the theme song for MatsuJun's Getsu 9 drama Natsu Niji. The song is called "Love Rainbow"



Is this a first for Johnny's? And here I thought Fuji don't allow Johnny's to sing the theme song for their Getsu 9 dramas. According to an annonymous user, SMAP was actually the first Johnny's to sing a Getsu 9 theme song and this makes Arashi the second. Congrats to the boys I'm so excited for this single? and drama. But I think J-Storm should have released To be Free and Love Rainbow together as a double A-side single instead of releasing them separately~ I think the sales for that would've been HUGE.

Just want to note that it's not a hard and fast rule about Johnny's not singing their drama theme song on FujiTV. SMAP did a few in their heyday (before Arashi's storm came upon us) and KAT-TUN also did an insert song for Kamenashi's drama Sapuri and let us not forget Nakayama Yuma w/ B.I. Shadow doing the theme song for Akuma no Koi last year. :)

If anything, FujiTV would totally want to capitalize on the wave of Arashi and beg them to do the theme song!

I think it's mostly Getsu 9 series that get the most attention as they do not incorporate title songs from JE but obviously in this case, for a Getsu 9 drama to incorporate a JE song. this is definitely something new. However, i've only been in the fandom for a few years. Can someone please explain if title songs from Getsu 9 dramas been songs made by JE? (if there are any, and the rarity of it all)

not other drama, only getsu9 (monday night drama), Johnny have never sing the theme songs for that timeslot ever so this is a first for them...
and it is a very popular and important drama timeslot so this is a big deal and great achievement for Arashi being the first Johnny to sing the theme song for this drama^^

actually not only JE, everyone I think who is in the cast of the drama has never sung for the drama (I checked drama wiki to make sure) NOT EVEN SMAP!
so this is REALLY REALLY huuuuge for Arashi, I seriously cried reading this :")

Guys.... SMAP also had one of their songs in a Getsu 9 drama. Arashi is the second Johnny's group to be bestowed this honor.

Also, I really hope this is in their album.... Geeze, too many singles... >.<

I LOOOOOOOVVVVEEEE Arashi but seriously, overexposure is bad. I'm afraid of the backlash. But I'm still proud because this is such an honor.
