i want to ask about the vsa tent
is it still open? and where exactly is it? near the fuji building or somewhere else in odaiba?

is anyone planning to go ? lol

It is still open I think until the end of August. I went to the Fuji TV festival a few years back and it was all in and around the Fuji TV building. There was loads of outdoor stuff over the bridge from the Fuji building - but you couldn't miss it really. Be prepared for long queues though! It was packed when I last went!

i dont mind long queues as long as I get there eventually xD i'll try to go on a week day in hopes of less crowd

Also, if you're planning to go, you'll need to get there early in the morning for tickets. I went last year and couldn't get in because of that. They hand out tickets in the morning for the Rolling Coin tower, the tickets then have a time written on them for when you can get in line to play Rolling Coin tower.

If you don't want to play Rolling Coin tower you can still just go inside the tent and look, but you can't take any pictures. If the tent is the same as last year's it'll be just as colorful as the actual set and will have a video message playing from Arashi. Also, there'll be a stamp available, so if you some paper or something you can get a VSA logo stamp.

ahhh that would be kinda hard since i am going with my family, i can wake up early for that but they wont -___- even though i'd love to try it! i'll try to get them to wake up anyway

You just have to get there before it opens, which probably would be around 10AM, but I guess if you're coming from far it away it'd be a pain.

Also, unless they improved over last year, the tables for the coin towers are quite simple and actually harder than the real one. When I went it was mostly kids and families playing though.

Their also very strict about people standing around to watch.

Honestly, I would only go to Fuji TV/Odaiba if you're planning to do more than the VSA booth. I haven't actually checked, but I'm hoping that they might also have stuff out for NatsuNiji.

I went to the vsa tent last year. You go to Daiba station and go down to the bottom level of FujiTV (the huge building with a sphere in the middle) and somewhere (probably to the left of the main stairs) there are people handing out tickets for the rolling coin tower game. It'll have a number and a time for you to go line up, and they'll call your number around that time and you can go play the game. If you just wanna walk through the tent, you can do that anytime.

I think it opens at 10 or 11 am, I can't really remember though.

You asking me? No I'm not a Japanese and I live outside Tokyo. Hitachi, to be exact, 2 hours train ride to Tokyo, and more to Odaiba. So I don't know how I'm gonna line up for the ticket :(
Besides, I dont know exactly when can I go. Although I got no more class, I have baito. Meh..

Are we allowed to play anything else besides Rolling Coin Tower? You'd think some of their newer games like Jungle Bingo would be a hit with kids. And I wouldn't mind giving Falling Pipe a shot as well.

I went today
i got there at about 9.30 and just got a vs ticket for 16.20

unfortunately i lost rolling coin tower so i didnt get the card that you get when you win :(
...if i wake up early enough tomorrow ill go again and try again for the card.,..
you still get a sticker and a vs flyer if you suck like i do and loose...
