Question about Tickets

Hi, I had a question about getting the tickets from the fanclub. I know that you can already check to see if you got your tickets or not. I'm in the fanclub and I balloted for the tickets, but I'm not currently in Japan. Is there any way to check if you got it or not? The phone number that you're supposed to call doesn't work overseas... If you don't call to check, will they send the tickets to you anyway?

i thought that the phone call works only in domentic.
if you don't call to check, they will send the ticket anyway, but that's like 2 weeks before the concert, i guess that would make it hard for you to plan the trip.
anyway, it depends on your situation, good luck!

Yeah, I kinda figured out that overseas calls don't work :(
but I already had plans to be in Japan during the concert, so I guess I'll just wait and see. Thanks for answering♥

You have to call in with the phone number you're registered to the fanclub with. What phone number did you use, and can someone in Japan call it for you?

I do believe you'll get the tickets anyway if you hit, though.

Also, the ballot results are only out for Kokuritsu, nothing yet about the Domes.

The Family Club sends out an email when the results for the dates you balloted for are out. This is the email you registered with the Family Club website, and it can't be one from a free email service (ie. Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, etc.)

Do you have anyone in Japan who can check for you? That might be the easy way to call the phone number.

Did you register an email account with on the Family Club website? If you did, then you should have gotten an email saying you can call in for results of the balloting.

yeah, I did. but it only gives you the number to call, not the results or anything else.

Yeah, the purpose of the email is to let you know that you can call the number.

Calling that number is the only way to know if you got tickets or not until they actually get mailed to you.

I'm so not looking forward to having to try and call that number on a cell phone, they advise against using one and to use a touch phone instead....

the email I received doesn't say when the results for the date I balloted for are coming out ;_; actually I can't read Japanese so I translated the email with google so I'm not sure ;_; did they really mention something like that?! cuz I really wanna know when tokyo dome results are coming out ;_;

What kind of email did you get? Is it one that you signed up for on the Family Club page? Because the results for Tokyo Dome aren't out yet, I balloted for only Tokyo Dome so I'm waiting too. If you really want to know what your email says, you can send it to me via a message in LJ and I can translate it for you. ^_^

Sorry to butt in here, but I'm new to the whole FC thing. By non-free email service do they mean cellphone address? Because I don't really have anything else besides that and maybe Telus xD

Japanese cell phone addresses work fine, as well as any email address provided by an ISP. Things like Yahoo, Hotmail and Gmal won't work. I used my AU cell phone address to sign-up and it works just fine. ^_^

Yep, NaviDial only accepts domestic. If you're overseas, you can't use it. Someone commented saying that you have to use the phone that your membership is registered under to call, but I've called using my work phone before and I've had friends call for me before. You can ask someone to call for you if you give them your JFC membership number and the last 4 digits of the phone number used on your membership. You might also warn them that using NaviDial costs a small fee.

If you don't call, but in fact did hit for tickets, they will still mail the tickets to you, so don't worry.

I entered the fan club through the mail 1 year ago, do I still have to make an internet account? Will I be able to know if I `ve gotten tickets before they arrive?

i think you need to have an internet account registered to get the weekly mail updates. of course, if you don't want the updates, you don't have to make one, i guess. but the number you call to check if you got the tickets is enclosed in the email...

May I ask for help in signng up online, I was looking into it but I wasn't sure how to navigate. If anyone can please send me a message. I would like to be prepared for the show if I receive tickets than be panicking two weeks beforehand. Thank you

Um, when you signed up for the membership, didn't they ask you for an email address? If not, you can go to the Johnny's website (http://www.johnnys-net.jp/j/index.html#xxx) and log in and register an email address. I hope this helps :D

I can't login because I dont have a password. Wen logging in it asks for fan club number, password, and one other number. I only have the fanc lub number on my card. I'm not sure what I should do from here. Sorry gonna call out to the fan club sempais one more time.

Oh, I see. Do you still have the first letter you got from the fan club after you signed up for membership? The login info is all in the first envelope you got. If yours is like mine, the one other number should be the letter A if you signed up for the Arashi membership, the last four digits of the phone number you registered with should be your password, and the fan club number should be on your card.
If you don't have the letter anymore, or didn't receive one, then I don't know how to help...
