It's my first time ordering from them too... so I was very surprised. I don't know, perhaps because it's a preorder item so they sent it in express shipping (economy = 1200 yen, express = 2700 yen, can you imagine it?) Anyway, I feel very happy with their service ^_^

I haven't tried HMV, but I think they offers 500 yen discount for order above 2500 yen this month, for new customers.
