I can't remember what we trended for Jun /shot.

About the timing.. I don't know ^^;
Friday is a weekday which means everybody is schooling/working plus if you take all that time difference into account? X___X

I will suggest you to post and edit in red with bold big font so there is no room for confussion the exact date an hour and timezone it will begin because most perople are unlikety to read everything so as to avoid any confussion ^^

The numbers are a great idea and it'll probably work on our favor!

It's fine to just tweet #3104 only I think but its better to tweet in a sentence that way it won't look so much like a spam xD
You can even just add the hashtag to whatever you normally tweet. It's fine :)
