Seiji who got worry about manami visits her apartment and talks about accident.工事現場で事故に遭った豊川(丸山隆平)が病院に運ばれる。入社1年目に起こった別の事故での作業員のけががトラウマになっていた真奈美(香里奈)は、豊川の事故に大きなショックを受け、会社を休み始める。真奈美のことが心配になった誠治(二宮和也)は、真奈美のマンションを訪れ、事故について話し合う。 When Seiji dashes off to hospital, Manami, Daietsu and other all gathered. As I promise date with Akari I can't die." he joked and makes all laugh. That time, Akiko comes over Ayako. it was for Seiji takes care of His son Tomoya's study. Akiko gets to know Seiichi started cooperate for Sumiko there, but Akiko says "this is normal"  she was harsh. Mean while Manami get to be scared to go to site and stops away from work.
