Finally I could capture Kohaku CM 2 min, version, Q: what if your memory about Kohaku? S: when we sang Happiness. I stayed at stage but a member Matsumoto goes to Hara director gives goo touch (sort of high five) with director, I watched it envy him. A; I was nervous and it was fun. in the back stage there's set of Sachiko Kobayashi-san. I got so hyper. I have impression it was fun even at back stage. Q: how was first participation? O: nerve of Kohaku, I have already experienced when I was junior. after all it was scary. we did rehearsal over and over. so last year was perfect. Q: what is your impression of Kohaku when you were kid.N: me, as I was asleep, I haven't hardly watch it. well I knew it. so wonderful show is. as I was a kid, I fall in sleep. Q: how is Kohaku song fest? M: as we do count down concert. I haven't chance to watch it in real time. so I thought I watch it properly. then I watch it, it's fun. Q: what is most impressive scene? M: the one I love a lot it, Sayuri Ishikawa-san Tsugarukaikyo Fuyugeshiki (the one Seiji sang) I bout CD and listen every 30min. the power of song is delivered from the screen very much.   The article of Tokyo Sports, about what Sho-kun worried about recently last week, I finally read. It seems Sho Sakurai suffers gaining weight a lot. If you say big eater of Arashi, Masaki Aiba is well-known, but in the industry Sakurai seems big eater just like Aiba. TV production people says "after Yakiniku restaurant, closing with Ramen (noodle)  and extra large Gyudon (beef on rice bowl) and when he is in good shape he can also eat curry. I heard for a period of time he thought seriously participate big eater championship with Aiba."  Recently something extraordinary happens to Sakurai. Before however he eat he never gain weight (I don't think so, he did many times.)  recently it seems this has been change. TV production people says "it comes out to his face, on the next day that he ate a lot his face pumps. especially when he eat sweets such as cake or chocolate... Once his face got round, as he is an idol it seems he doesn't eat anything until he get back. Once he got slim face he eats again, it seems he repeat this." so he started to use beauty face roller that is popular among girls for prevent this.at meeting and break time he rolls beauty face roller. same TV production person says "what is best is not to eat. but if he doesn't eat he cranks on staffs or people surrounded. he seeks advice to staff, if there's any good solution except beauty face roller. Sho Sakurai who is still 28, as he eat a lot, his metabolism is active so it's easy to lose weight, but once you get 30 or 40 as metabolism drops, so he has possibility to gain a lot of weight! (hum funny)

Someone should tell Sho that Sho with slight double chin is just as adorable as Ohno with puffy cheeks. But then, doesn't he work out? All those muscles should burn away what he eats. I'm actually happy that except for Nino, the members have all been looking healthy with more meat on their frames. To be honest I get so irritated that some of the people that complain that the members are overworked, that they should rest, etc, also among those that complain that certain members are getting fat the moment faces start rounding off.

omg if anyone even tries to suggest that he eat less, I'll kill that person then feed her to my cat. Sho's always been (cutely) chubby-faced and I wouldn't want it any other way (especially if that other way means he's overworked or starving, which are pretty much the only times he can have a thinner face). Stay healthy chipmunk, and if anything I'd love for you to eat more and exercise more and gain back some of those lovely muscles you used to have~
And anyhow, how would anyone have the heart to tell him (or Ohno) to stop eating when both look so radiantly happy whenever they're stuffing their faces ;_;

I really dont care if he gets a little fat, I love him for who he is not for how he looks. and if you see the rest of his body is still very slim so I think the way he is now is perfect, I love his chubby face

Oh sho-kun, we have the same problem.. i think the best is to avoid eating high-carbo food, that's quite easy for girls like me, but for men its a 'torture' because they are more active and have faster metabolism, they need rice or noodles to survive. I think another thing that adds up is stress. if a person is stressed and lacks sleep, they tend to eat a lot to regain strength and energy, but that adds up to weight. Difficult ne. The best and healthiest solution is to have a balanced diet, get a high-protein or high-fiber diet, get enough sleep/ rest. Hope this helps and hope i can do the same thing :)

Thank you Yamakaze-san for posting this. The Sho info really made me LOL. I am happy if they are all healthy. But I do remember Sho himself said on some show (it escapes me at the moment) that he doesn't know how to stop himself when he sits down to eat. Then when he gets up he is really really full. He's too adorkable!
