Date: 2011-01-09 02:01 pm (UTC)Couldn't agree more. Casting in general is pretty spot-on, from what I know of the actors. And if the movie'z episodic, well, that fits the manga. Everything seems to point towards a really careful adaptation. ( Although frankly, Neen + Gantz suit is enough for me.) ;P

Date: 2011-01-09 03:10 am (UTC)Anyway for the dubbed thing. I'm not as worried as I used to be. I think VIZ did a great job at dubbing Death Note, and using the anime cast. I think it would be great if they could get Chris Ayres to dub, since he did the anime voice. That really is the best one could ask for when it comes to dubbing.
