Actually the fat of my belly. I have been noticed it. but I don’t have it any more. after all, became stoic, me too. Actually I haven’t announced in the public, yep. but you can lose your weight within a week. it was stoic. well I I lost around my belly really. I thought I ate too much noodle. and ate too much rice. if you avoid these, after all change your food, you can get loose at once. I ate Tofu and Natto all the time. I thought Natto is yummy, yep. it’s good. I feel relief not. when I run 30 around my berry I got little about 1 cm. as I have told so. err. I turned 30. I’m still idol.
