Goo movie ranking, Gantz is no.2 Gantz drops no. 2 but according BO sales ranking keeps tops. total of 16 days since releasing exceeded over 1.5 M audience and BO sales exceeded over 2 B yen. ( I don't know why Gantz BO sales is top however audience ranking is no.2, this could be no.1 Miracle of Pacific is war movie many senior citizen over 60 years old that are admission fee is 1000yen comparing other adult 1800 yen???)
Nikkei Business <HR people why don’t you copy Arashi for development of human resources?> Arashi’s momentum doesn't know to stop. [why Arashi get winds] I think Arashi is just like your friend that Japan is good at such as AKB or Onyanko Club. Arashi has character different from past Johnny’s group,[this is basic tactic of Johnny’s talent] Johnny’s idol sales at first group activities. then focus to individual to sale individual name. but each has different skill so popularity must have gap. to fill that they do group activities. this is Johnny’s PR method. Arashi did same. If you see 5 you can see the characters that you can see at any company. Ohno-kun type who seems like helpless but one relay on him he can handle handily anything. Sakurai-kun type who can prepare properly progress smoothly however it’s tight schedule. Ninomiya-kun type who usually not talk but get a fanciful idea. Matsumoto-kun type who has atmosphere that make people to think he can be talented. Aiba-kun type who can be cheerful when team get bad atmosphere. Arashi tends to see like herbivory but each has personality. what is different comparing past talent. they don’t wear “costume as talent” that shows ‘I’m different from others.’ they don’t show exhibitionistic, they are heterogeneity type as entertainers. that’s why they can take different type of Johnny’s. Since they get popular, they sale as Arashi, then from team to individual, individual to team.Smap is group that has different personalities got coincidently gathered. but Arashi is Arashi. they are 5 but they make same wind in the storm. this is team strength. Japan loves such team bond a lot. last 10 years each organization talked about individuality and seeks projected personality but actually it has gap with reality. the situation was mixed ,however they seek personality but don't make waves. in this situation you can’t make team work and also make proper human recourse. [is Arashi is development of HR that Japan aims?] I think Arashi is a tip of development of HR that Japan aims. as you know team need various type of HR. it’s hard to solve problem by one person skill. and issue has various types. so you need team structure according to issue type. current closed Japanese society, Japanese organizations that try to rebuild sinking ship like all creation. what is important is human. this is certain. you need think about HR, this must need to re-think about it. for our generation (manager type of people read this magazine) current generation must look different. but they have personality and enthusiasm. it simple expressed different way. if you understand it. you can rebuilt “Japan, a country of human” Arashi must be deliverer who appeared in the heavy storm.

(count beat) why your step goes reverse? we repeat again, we do until you can do it. today’s topic is fitness Yokohama 2011. seems fun, this, I wonder if I go to see it, right? well, I haven’t dance recently. well, I paint at home. every once in a while Michel Jackson is played in order to raise my spirits. I don’t know why. I often play Okinawa traditional song. then ply Michel, then pain. then, well, for example. stop painting a bit.well, kind of, a bit, mo.. move, for example. well get something to drink, that time Michel is playing. I dance while that distance. ha, ha, ha.  well, only leg steps, mimic Michel, yep. I do this by my self. move the leg finely… move too much. I moved leg too much. so err.. my fifth finger got pain. err… as I do in bare foot.(grin) so I enjoy by myself. this is real withdrawal, err. please support me in future.

About GANTZ ranking, i've read somewhere that the sales ranking was calculated from the whole week, Mon to Sun, but the audience ranking was counted only on the weekend. the senior citizen thing must be some kind of joke i guess.
