concert tickets?

I'm sorry if this is not allowed here. (why yes, I have looked at the FAQs)

I want to get con tickets this summer, but I understand that to get them legitimately you need to be in the fanclub. I'm going to ask a friend who's in Japan to help me out with this, since I'm only going to be studying abroad for 5 weeks. From what I can gather from this site you pick up a blue form from the post office and fill it out, then send it in to join the fanclub. Is it really that simple?

Hee, I'm in the same boat as you, only I haven't sorted out an in-Japan connection to get fanclub tickets yet. (I actually only just heard about the JE tickets situation today, through this post (http://arashi.vox.com/library/post/natsucon-tickets.html), so I probably don't have any details that you don't... :-S)

Ooh, and what program are you doing your study abroad with, if you don't mind sharing? I'm going to be at the Yamasa Institute. :)

Have you seen luxvesperis annotated scan of the form you need to send in? It sounds like it has the stuff you need (although it might not, it's quite early in the morning for me at the moment).
