This is just a rough summary of some details in the Mannequin 5 web voting page. I used a kanji plug-in to help in translating (since I can't really understand Nihongo) so I hope I got it right.

The program is giving away Himitsu no Arashi-chan stickers to 100 voters. This will be determined by lottery. But whether or not you actually want a sticker, you are required to enter your home address and your telephone number in order to cast your vote.

I think this is basically saying that people outside Japan still can't vote. :(

For those who want to vote, I'm not sure whether foreign fans can, because you'd have to input your address and phone number. But anyway, I'll tell you how to.

Pick the radio button under the coordinator you like the most.
The theme is what you'd like your boyfriend to wear on a date.

Below that there's writing field, numbered 1-5 accordingly to the number of each coordinator. You can enter your thoughts on each of the coordinator.

The fields below the comment field is where you put your personal data;
1. Name (surname, name)
2. Name in kana (surname, name)
3. Occupation
4. Age
5. Address (post code, province, ward, area, bld name & number)
6. Phone number

It's said that some lucky voters would get a souvenir or something. Maybe it's those whose comments gets aired.

Hey guys, just to let you know, looks like they'll let foreigners vote too, since I just submitted my vote ^__^

As mentioned above, you pick your fave outfit and underneath is a place for comments on the outfit (tho I suppose they'd haveta be in Japanese, but it's not a required field anyway)

I wrote my name as it is in English, and for the Kana section, I wrote it in Katakana, as it would be if I was writing my name in Japanese.
Then occupation and age (in Japanese)

For the address, first is your postal/zip code
For the province, I simply picked the last one: その他　("other") since I don't live in any of the prefectures.
The next line, I just wrote my city/state (and country!) in English
The last line I wrote my street address also in English, as it would be if you were actually mailing me something.

Lastly phone number, I just wrote mine in normally, area codes and all.

After that, hit 内容確認 and it'll review all the info you wrote. Then hit 送信する if it's ok, and it'll bring up another screen that says, "Thank you for voting" basically.

And that's it!

Haha, I'm not sure if they actually accepted my info or not, but meh, I voted anyway ^_^

Thanks for the update. Since we are not sure if foreign can vote. so let's have fun voting here :).I don't think I like my botfriend to wear a tie, a cap/hat on a date and a colourful shoe design. I like my guy to wear a v-white T-shirt and I like to see his hair. So I vote no.3. But in reality I don't think I like him to wear floral shirt.

1. Sho kun (this guy is so smart. At last voting he use glasses as he knew girls will think that it was Jun kun. Damn smart guy.)
