a0823-san (person who used to work at Arashi concert, sorry as his expression is not so straight this could be a bit confusing)blog <middle age guy talks about Arashi part 2> I was surprised because of big reaction. Arashi has so big influence. Actually my juniors try to lean the work or get knowledge skipping, and get depressed once it doesn’t work. they make their own limit by themselves. and the word they say “Ichiro (baseball player) Arashi are different as they are talented. “ “they have privilege environment. “ “I make effort same as them” is seems they say so. Actually at site they are chewed by boss because of their repeated misteake. they want to say so. but as I’m their boss this is unpleasant. That time I bring back memory of Arashi I used to work for. I wonder you can judge quickly if you are talented or not. the privilege environment, it’s you try to get. it’s you who to change your environment. people of entertainment industry are like all creation. but when  see members of Arashi, I see they concern for staffs but I don’t think this just only for rising to stardom. But I can’t blame them in this industry this could be right in a sense. I want rise to stardom! well I support you! this is kind of that. (sorry is you take this repugnant) I back to subject. members of Arashi are different from these. they are just give themselves up. Actually I don’t their manager I don’t know the detail. but at site I’d say they influence to staff. Ohno-san, I didn’t note previously. he remind me, that time he sings solo tune in with green costume, but I remember he practice steps until last minutes with hard hard face such as you can’t talk to him. but suddenly he talks about stage set with craftsman. what is his character on TV? on stage it seems he was teased. AIba-san, actually I thought him a leave ( you know how much I don’t know about them) he is so friendly. he distribute sweets, I felt timid really. he is so natural. he trust staffs in good sense. He don’t force to have his one way a lot, I thought. I wonder how he is now. Sho Sakurai-san, I have not seem him during concert tour a lot. according my co-worker. when he sees him, he read fun letters doing funny guy and straight guy by himself. he enjoyed reading. he was warned to read it at dress room. (grin) as I was team of stage art so I can only tell their atmosphere. as I don’t know them a lot, don’t ask me too much. Actually I have quit, I do sales now. what is my point. this is about “believing” and “continue to believe” Arashi funs must be frustrated as your feeling moved as fan to see they become a target of abuse for something. When you search ideal human in the daily stress, you see Arashi shining in the monitor. that’s why you seek them infallibleness for you as man and human. That’s why you are so scared to see bad side of them. this can't be helped once you like a person, but after all “believe” and “continue to believe” If you are betrayed, don’t pretend to ignore it. face to it. learn from it not to be like this, from  this person. You can develop your life and work centring these persons. as you believed them. I’m big fun of Keisuke Kuwata for 30 years. I feel it was good to be with him from the heart. I my happy feeling that I can’t express with word, hope you taste it with Arashi-san. I write this as they are artist you can trust. I repeat same word just like pertinacious. hope this influence. I’m so pleased this was react. Oh, I remember another thing. Kuwata-san and Arashi appeared at Music Station. at radio. after show, Matsujun-san and Sakurai-san visited his dress room. Kuwata-san “they are good people. awesome!”  this remind me Kuwata-san plumped them since their debut. then “they shrewdly pass me new tune' CD!” (if here are ill-favored expression, I apologize. I mean no offense)

i think a0823-san really saying good things about Arashi even if his expression way is pretty confusing...
i honestly think he write this blog because of the scandals going around right now and trying to show from the staff who have work with them point of view of Arashi real character which is they are very nice people<3
and it seem like he want Arashi fans to continue believing and trusting arashi no matter that their bad side is expose now but they need to face it instead of avoiding the matters and continue supporting Arashi as they always do such as he never stop being fan for Kuwata xD

im so glad to see that even former staff of them still trying to protect them and saying good things about them because they have seen with their own eyes how hard the boys work all this years^^

and so sweet Sho and Jun giving their CD to Kuwata-san<3
he is such an amazing singer and great example for Arashi^^

it's really nice hearing about arashi from the staff point of view, cuz its something we don't see and it shows the real them. it's awesome that a former staff member wrote good things about them even tho its been yrs since he worked for them. and i like his message, they are human and stuff will be exposed but learn from it and keep believing in them.
