arashi_on...to let you guys know where we stand right now with the current total, because I think it's a pretty noteworthy number when you look at it a slightly different way.
24,807.12 USD = 2,006,999.22 JPY
(with 1 USD = 80.9042 JPY at live mid-market rates, courtesy of XE's universal currency converter)
We raised over 2 million yen, you guys. Please do me a favour and give yourself a congratulatory pat on the back, because as much as I would love to do it myself, I just can't seem to figure out how to reach through the screen yet.
On the legal front, I got the subordination letter from DRI already! Everything's been sent over to Paypal, so now all that's left is for them to review the documents and get back to me... which, I suspect, will take a bit longer, but that's basically the last hurdle before we're all clear. :)
