Confusing arrow

i have a question, when they ask you "accessories are good as a present " there are two pink arrows, one indicating "you like boys with beautiful fingers" going up. Then there is another pink arrow going downwards that indicates "you don't mind if your boyfriend spends time with female friends" soooooo...Which one is the correct answer? because if you go up somehow you end with Sho-kun but going down you might end either with ohno-kun or nino-kun.

;___; anyone else notice this or I just got confused with the arrow. Although, if you look close you will never see another way for the pink arrow going up.

Woops :\ that is strange. I never noticed it! Sorry, I had to draw in parts of the arrows that were at the crease because they got all messed up. Um... I guess go with the one that gives you the result you like best xD Sorry! ^^
