Jakuchu Miracle World site opened message from O-chan it was about 5 years ago I met Jankuchu. a friend passed me his art book and NHK special show DVD. at first I recognized him painting of roosters. but when I get to know personality of Jakuchu by video and books, I get interested in him more and more. and get sucked in. I have been to his exhibition. and my eyes were glued to Jakuchu’s master piece “Animal Plant painting” over 2 hours. what is most attractive is painted perfectly in every detail.I can’t believe that even each small bugs and each leave have his soul. and what make me surprise even more this is painting over 200 years ago, I don’t feel this is old at all. this can be old paining and also can be current painting. I feel this “Art” rather than Japanese painting. this time through the who how Jakuchu painted, how was his personality, want to know more about Jakuchu. and tell jakuchu’s excellence as many as possible.
