Yuji Nakamura-san (illustrator O-chan collaborated with at Shiyagare) blog (he has melancholy memory about Johnny’s when he was young as he wanted to be like Hikaru Genji) Ohno-kun I talked with at studio and at meeting of illustration, members Arashi I have seen at their dressing room. they are not typical idol. they are natural, I understand as their personality was recognized and loved that’s why they come to popular. this was precious experience for me. I think this could be peaceful illustration for Arashi and ever you. actually the ambience that group of Arashi has, as while we produce the illustration, we had earthquake disaster, I put heart around sea of Miyagi of Japan map that was earthquake point. use very cheerful colors that I can’t use for work usually, as I can’t show you here due to copyright and portrait right. but this come to one of piece I want you to watch especially. hope you watch it repeat or ask your friend who recorded video.

Hum, quarrel, well, it was only when I was little. I used to fight against my sister often. My Mother’s trademark phrase was “you guys, whenever you meet, it comes to fight!”. This was her trademark phrase. My sister “Darm“(moo)  of “Damn, stop it.” when she say “Darn” (moo) “Darn” (moo) My mother say are you cow? he he he . this was classic. but my acquaintance, well, end of year I have been to my acquaintance’s place. elderly one. Suddenly quarrel starts. “what?” saying so, “well, well, well, stop it!”  then, “Listen, we do here what we have for a year deep inside of us at one burst. then have new year feeling refreshed!” they say something like that. I though aha. he he he. it seems they do every year. they are quite elder around 60 years old couple. it’s cool, this is fun. well, I wonder if I could be like that. he he he. I hardly have quarrel. I think I forget, yes. well this if fun, well this year too  they must already build up their disgust by little and little. well I’m looking forward to end of year.

It's hard to translate. It doesn't really mean anything. It's more like a sound you make to express annoyment. You could translate it by "urgh" or "aargh" maybe?
In japanese the sound that the cow makes is the same as that "moo"

Yes it can also mean "enough" as in "mou yamete". But I guess the meaning has changed little by little and it often comes alone just as a "argh" type...
