New Subtitled Video Listing Site (Need Help!)

Hey all~

Since my favorite Johnnys Sub index site has been down lately (http://indexjevideos.freehostia.com/), I spent the last couple weekends working on a database-driven version of a subbed video indexing site.  I'm not trying to replace the original, but I do think it'd be really great if we could have at least a backup (and a site adding the newest subbed videos).

The code's mostly all done (just beautifying the backend now), and the site's up and working -- but now I need your help!  I need people who would be willing to help me enter items into the DB and to help maintain the site for accuracy.  

I'm not going to lie, the work's going to be long and tedious -- but just think about how much you'd be helping others out! (I know I used the JE index daily before).  I myself have a personal goal of adding 10 videos a day... but at that rate it'll be way too slow to get going! =]

I recently discovered that you can actually still access the pages of the original JE index - just not through the homepage. You need to change the url manually (for instance, http://indexjevideos.freehostia.com/Arashi.htm (http://indexjevideos.freehostia.com/Arashi.htm) still works). Hopefully this will help in indexing all the past videos!

The site has been down for me for quite a while now. But, just now i tried accessing the site, and it's back to normal.

Yeah, that's why I want a backup, since it's not 100% reliable atm. :) I at least know my server's pretty good and stable + I can make backups.

Arashi fans are blessed enough to have a lot of indices for subbed videos. XD I just really hope it will the backup of the whole JE index, not only Arashi videos since a lot of fans (especially from the other fandom) suffered when the the site was down.

I hope the one who made the index will not mind a back-up. ^^" How about leaving a comment/PM to je_index so that s/he will at least know?

Your effort is very much appreciated. It's a lot easier for us Arashi fans or any Johnny's fans if there's a systematic index available. I know, it would be hard gathering everything, but i wish you luck. Thanks for doing this!

hi just want to let you know, that site is coming up as a virus site for me. (my virus protection is blocking it) you might wanna get that checked.
