6:45-6:50 Arashi Discovery Morning step Satoshi Ohno FM Yokohama, Good Morning, it’s Satoshi Ohno of Arashi. come on today’s quote, “腹八分目に医者いらず” (direct meaning: 80% of stomach defy doctor) yes, I think I understand…stood somehow. full stomach.. it isn’t, you mean “stop eating however you want to eat a little more. this is good for healthy.”  hum, well, well, certainly. Sho-kun has tendency to eat too much all the time, yes. he doesn’t hold at 80% of stomach. he can’t hold. Aiba-chan too. me, I sometime go to eat ramen sometime in midnight, often I do. well, the rest is taking bath and go to bed. around 1am. around 1 am or 2am. but I think I haven’t eaten a lot today, when I think it carefully. when I thought so, I get suddenly hungry. I think I’m hungry. then I go to eat, and satisfy, and feel regret a bit, and got to bed. I do this often. but, I wonder if I have changed body-build, I don’t get fat at all. the rest I drink a lot of water, yep. before go to bed I always drink 500ml of pet bottle water. if so I can wake up freshly. it seems it suit me, to my body. I’m so healthy. well, already how many months? about 3 months. if I do this my body is healthy. well you should drink water, yep, yes.

Reading that thing about Sho in the hotel, made me realize once again how hard it is to be an idol.. (Just like the thing with Nino and his weight)
But I personally don't care what he does in his spear time or any of the other idols I like.
