God’s medical note stage greeting of first day aired this morning. 
Nikkan Sports <Sale of welcoming cat of Arashi> Welcoming cat is sold a lot in Kappabashi commercial city. this is had size welcoming cat that is sold at Orune-Koide. this is because of idol group Arashi. as message film to attract foreigners visitors as declined numbers of foreigner visitors. in the film shown in over 133 countries 5 visit each province of Japan and take pose saying “meow”. This welcoming cat is unsold. as owner of the shot wrote at his blog “we have similar welcoming cat.” a flood order came from home and abroad. “80% are women. we had inquiry from Netherlands and US. before screening, it was sold 5 a month. after screening sold over 5000 piece for a month and half.” actually stock can’t catch up. 2 weeks to wait. 20’s-30’s women and female foreign visitors at at the shop that has 96 year history. Arashi fan “I wanted to cheer at concert in Kokutisu with this. it seems to be late.” the owner Koide-san. “because of Arashi, shop became storm, and luck came, I want to tell members of Arashi ‘thank you.’”   
Pouchy <latest cinema critic: God’s medical note> 2 they are familiar as insurance company cm. it seems this became memorable piece that Sakurai had tear at completion of shooting. the piece is depicted essentiality of medical treatment and relationships between doctor and patient  with episodes of pressure of work days of leading role Dr.Kurihara in the lack of doctor situation in province, a patient relied on him, and sweet wife who watch Ichito. Sakurai struggles over and over. as precious his role was Yatterman. however it was 2 yeas ago, he challenge opposite role of one-eighty. Ichito loves Soseki Natsume, he talks like Soseki way. then he has to add Ichito’s feeling on it. this is demanding! it was Fukagawa director who watched Sakurai, he made unkempt perm as preparation of Ichito’s persona. Director also made same hair he close to Ichito and give advice to Sakurai-kun who act struggling “if this is right.” Sakurai talks “I could relieved by the word from director.”  until completion of shooting, he didn’t leave from Ichito “if I leave from Ichito I thought the thing I built up could be collapse I could not be relaxed.” during shooting Sakurai lived with Ichito. at completion of shooting he was handed bouquet from Fukagawa director and had tears, this could be grateful to director, a sense of achievement + a sense of relief.  before shooting, he had many interview about this film. reporter who watched movie often said  “Sakurai-kun you are like Ichito.” “personally I don’t think he is completely different. I'm told so often. as it is so, am I like him?” he said it was unexpected. but the acting suits him, so the days he struggles could bear fruit. it’s Good! good! movie is finished very warm piece. clumsy but sincere Ichito’sway to live, his way to face to patients is nice. latter part that reason why patient came to Ichito is tear after tear. this is good piece to heal your weak body by summer heat.

Sho Sakurai-kun and Aoi Miayazaki-chan co-starring movie, old-fashioned character leading role and his good wife and the way to face doctors and patients are captured straight. this is straight but has technic, the story that has no right answer, sum up beautifully. I personally liked this. going vigorously push forward  latest technology and treatment as excellent doctor  is right, but also the choice the reading role picked is right too, I thought so. If he was my doctor I could commit myself to him. please read original book too.

Cheese-san (movie writer) blog <God’s medical note.> this is movie adaptation of best selling book God’s medical note. interraction with lonely patient who face to death, doctors and people surrounded them who does medical treatment in province are depicted carefully in beautiful nature. leading role Ichi, 5th year became doctor. 5th year since he has started work, he got used to but as he is young he can work hard, so this could be period he feel a sense of fulfillment with his work as he is fulfilling, this is period, he wonder “if it is good to be like this.” when he went training at college hospital, he got offer to come to college hospital. Camera follow Ichi’s aspect that struggles which way he should took, college hospital does mainly researching or current life that face to end-stage patients. I don’t know if at real medical treatment, this could be possible. but I feel grateful if this kind of doctor exists. this piece depcts site of medical treatment in province. but medical related person are all nice. all are non-offensive, I wanted to work such work site with good persons. and the place Ichi lives. if you don’t read book, this part is hard to understand. people who live in retro style. it does not has a sense of reality. this could be preference that original author Mr. Natsukawa who respect Soseki Natsume.  as this part of Ontake-so introduce Ichi’s personality, and gives gentle atmosphere to piece, this could be indispensability (as I didn’t read book, it was hard to understand this part) the piece that depicts medical treatment in province, with fine staging by Fukagawa director. it’s a gentle piece.   Minoru Kamata-san (Doctor, writer & commentator) blog <Welcome to Kamata Cinema> God’s medical note. I usually don’t recommend this kind of movie as I like outsider’s movie. this movie is resilient just like eating castell. what is good is Aoi Miyazaki is out and away good. as I’m fan of Aoi Miyazaki I watch this movie. I thought if I had such wife, the guy who becomes her husband must be happy. she is old-fashioned, unique, lily, strong and sweet. she expresses good atmospheres. Sho Sakurai acts doctor role pleasantly. his name is Ichito (一止) if you into one it comes 正. what does mean to live write? I thought this was theme of this film. it come to  hard to live right. not only medical world, even economy, political even education, what people live right as person?   I thought it was cool to snuggle up to patient who can’t be saved. however he got offered, he tried to live as he is. Mariko Kaga who acted end-stage cancer sticked to be as she is. if you die like that, this make you death not scary. when this novel made smash hit. I was asked this was about story of Suwa Center hospital. but this wrong. this was by doctor in Matsumoto-city. the tune that Pianist Nobuyuki Tusji composited resonate too. after 3.11 all realized importance of band. not only marital relationship of Sakurai and Miyazaki, also friends, mate, patients, connection between person and person are depicted preciously. this is comfortable piece. I felt it was not deepen a a cinema. but cute of Miyazaki shine out, so this is worth to go watch. I watched movie they keyword was, right way to live, cute of person, to be yourself.

i don't have links, but i'm sure you can easily find them if you look hard enough. some of those mentioned was that it was vague as to what exactly is the message, they were questioning the "nyah!" catch phrase (is it actually a part of japanese culture or a trend arashi is starting), is the targeted market teenage girls, would western possible-visitors be enticed by 5 effeminate men to japan, and of course, the timing. is it right to circulate an open invitation to visit japan now? are they really ready when up until now they're still facing nuclear problems? stuff like that.

i thought it was a good cm because it served 2 purposes: saying 'thank you' and promoting tourism. i'm all for the 1st part and on the fence on the 2nd one (because of the timing too) but i reasoned that they have to re-start sometime, right? maybe people's sentiments are really just volatile right now (understandably so), and it just so happened that Arashi are the tourism navigators so they're involved.

No, the CM objective wasn´t to sell the makeki-neko; I was just trying to say that if the CM was a bad thing like the critics said it was, the fans wouldn´t be wanting to buy the maneki-neko, even fans from overseas want the neko like it is said at Nikkan Sports... I hope I made myself clear now!

sho-kun is everywhere...hope his movie reaches the target sales... anyway, the power of arashi is awesome! even though the maneki neko is just a symbol of tourist attraction, it became a best seller! LOL! sugoi! arashi arigatou, you brought back the business to life again... ^_^ so this is what jun-kun said about oh-chan, that he's taking everything but being strict to himself... thanks for this yamakaze... it feels sad these days that i don't hear much about arashi but this help much... thanks!
