European Arashi fanmeeting in 2013
Apr. 5th, 2012 04:00 pmHello fellow Arashians[Poll #1831623]
The questionnaire will be open for a little while and we will of course inform you about the next steps once we did the evaluation.
If you should have any questions you can write us any time either here in the comments or via PM of course.
It will surely be an amazing event! Cause it is surely lots of fun to fangirl together with fans from various countries. So we would be really happy if many of you participate! :)

Date: 2012-04-06 09:37 pm (UTC)Brilliant!
Date: 2012-04-06 05:09 pm (UTC)I'm Swedish, I'd travel to Germany for an Arashi fanmeet any day. I'd probably travel anywhere in Europe, lol.
Your reasons for having it in Germany are 100% valid, though. Events should be organized where the organizers live, it's so much easier. If anyone wants an event elsewhere, like where they live, then they're welcome to organize. :) Awesome to hear you do this kind of stuff already, makes me think you could pull this off!
I've actually had thoughts of doing something like this myself, but I don't quite have the time. So I hope your initiative is a success!!! :) And I hope there are others crazy enough to want to go abroad for an Arashi fan event, lol.
Re: Brilliant!
Date: 2012-04-07 07:25 am (UTC)And I hope there will be enough other fans who will travel to Germany for the fanmeeting, because it's much more fun the more you are. And I finally want to meet other Arashi fans from other countries :)

Date: 2012-04-06 08:54 pm (UTC)here in Poland we're organising our little fanmeets once a year, but they're Johnny's meetings in general, not only abt arashi ;D and we just stay at someone's houses for a few days, (or week XD) so the costs are minimum but the fun is still great XD specially while singing on karaoke~ XD

Date: 2012-04-06 09:07 pm (UTC)oh yeah i can see excence wrote about our polish fan meetups. Well thats true we made costs incredibly low (what was it? around 3eur per day or sth) thanks to staying at others ppl houses. Sa, though i believe it may cause a problem while organizing an event for a bigger ammount of participants ^^;. However if u would still need a rather cheap meeting place for some group i guess our country is not that bad. Should u lack an idea where to put many ppl for a lower cost we're happy to see our neighbours here XD - we can't make u all stay in our houses but finding a cheaper cabin or sth shouldnt make a problem.

Date: 2012-04-07 11:06 am (UTC)For our first European meeting, we'll stay in Germany, because of the reasons mentioned in the post, but if you'd like to organize another fanmeeting in Poland after this one feel free to do so. :)
Regarding the costs: Of course we know that low costs are best for everyone. But we want to make this a kinda special event. The costs will include food, drinks, accomodation, also program expenses as we need to prepare those too. It won't be just a meet-up with fans, we will try to give that meeting a convention character. So this of course needs some more money than just a meet up with people.
Also we will surely be more than 30 people. So that of course needs lots of space. That is why we will rent a bigger house so that everyone can stay at the same place all time. That always worked out fine for our German fanmeetings :)

I hope I'll be in Japan, no offence XD
