nazo-di staff blog<serial drama DVD Box bonus footage is must watch> long time not to see you. it’s Smile. thank you for your comment of special 2 hour half length for light comedy and humor mystery, actually this is harebrained challenge in a sense, but many people watched it, this was grateful happiness. Holmes a calico cat staff blog <soon completion> Everybody Good evening. it’s staff D. today i heard new that Tokyo cherry blossom is fully bloomed. it’s getting really worm. just after starts shooting was so cold. we were frozen to shoot evening on-site shooting. lately we don’t need thick coat any more. thsi one, on the roof of a building, ep.2 is shooting. eo.1 added music etc. soon completion. one more week to go. please look forward to it.

I can see attention degree of this drama pretty well. Ohno-san as rain bringer. casts and staffs work hard to shoot just like blow away the rain. this is the box that 3 appeared from. this display appears from 4/12-16 at Shinagawa station event space. ad at traffic is first ever in Japan. please visit there, you can see Kei Enomoto there. and long waited theme song was announced. singers are Arashi. title is Face Sown. this tune is cool. this matches to drama’s world of view, this must warm up the drama. 10 days to air. please continue to cheer.

It's a between season filler drama, considering the ratings of some full season dramas, I think Blackboard did pretty well.

Also, watch Blackboard if you can find it, it's really, really, really not a very happy story AT ALL, but EVERY character in the first night is amazing and it's so heartbreaking and I legit cried at the end and I'm now sucked into watching the second night.

Finally someone else who saw it! My friends all either didn't feel like it, or were kicked off the TV so I had no one with my last night to discuss it with.

I was really impressed by how they didn't hold back any of the ugliness of post-war Japan and I loved how all the supporting characters filled a different role/view point. Especially Shirahama's younger sister, Akira and Takafumi.

Also the ending and how they tied it into the preview for the second episode was like a kick to the gut and guranteed that I'll be watching tonight.

Yeah, the scene with his mother was one of the best ones.

The whole storyline with all of his students was depressing in this really amazing way, the first reunion scence was brutal to watch.

It'll be worth waiting for the subs, especially because the best parts of the younger sister is her very cutting remarks about everything.

i'll be surprised if the media won't make too much of it. It's Arashi with akb8 on the side, and 11% rating after all that hype, not to mention budget, makes for great tabloid material.

As for Arashi going downhill, they'll probably wait for the 2 new dramas to air their first episodes before making it a grand headline. (edit: if the results are low ratings, of course)
