Q: from Chopper-san I’m badminton club member. I like practice in the gymnasium. but I don’t like practice out side. Ohno-kun what kind of practice did you like when you were a member of badminton club? Badminton club is like that. err, if you can practice at gymnasium it’s so fun. but outdoor practice . I should not say it, me, all of outdoor practice I cut. yes. so because of it, I was fired twice. I apologize then back to club. we had morning practice. early morning. around 7 am. when I went there. you can always hit shuttlecock at court. so I absolutely went to morning practice. isn’t it amazing. after all, members of badminton club are seized with a keen desire to hit, at court. so they don’t practice swing. marathon outside. as you hit outdoor it has wind, you can’t do properly. that’s why outdoor practice is running. after all, that’s right Chopper-san, you should not cut outdoor practice. after all it’s better you do it, properly. if you do so, indoor practice, playing at court is more pleasant, more fun. you’d have such feeling. What a fond memory, yes. Q: Ohno teacher, teach me, this is about fishing word. fishing word of tension. is there anything common, fishing word tension and “raise tension” (getting excited) “ I see. fishing word. me too I say tension… I say it. tension in the case of fishing. point is when catch the fish rod curves. that time string is pulled. it’s kind of “never loose it.” also rod curves. this is about keeping that curve and tension of string. if you loose it, fish escapes. so, feel tension of string that is hooking a fish. this is about keeping sense of hooking at any rate. if you loose this tension, loose the string, it has possibility that fish escapes or hook comes out. this is all about. me too, at first I didn’t understand. “tension! don’t loose! keep! keep!" I was told by captain. tension? my feeling? sort of, at first time I thought so. I think this is important. I think this could be including this too. yes. right. I haven’t been at all, lately. if I had been I’d have been more cheerful. my tension (excitement) would be getting raise more and more. but however I talk this, I feel fun. so that’s it, yes.
