 Gekiura Japan (tabloid )<Arashi festival 2013 (Ara-fes) has a crisis of  cancellation! a lot of complain are made about about fans to listen leak sound > music industry people says "concert at national studion is told that most difficult concert in Japan to get approval. in past Smap, Dreams come true, L'Arc en ciel had approval for concert. and many famous musicians apply like every year but never get approval. this is anomalous exception that Arahi has concert every year there." what happen between Arashi and national stadium that seems to have pretty good relationships. same music industry people says "listing leak sound is held around concert site by fans, this numbers get enormous this year,  vicinity claimed to police and national stadium. and this year it was held weekday, claim from business man who works there and passenger parent-kid were increased a lot. it has possibility that Arashi will not able to have concert next year. there're many fans who listen leak sound at Tokyo dome etc, these are inside of facility so no claim for these, but national stadium is located near house residential area. so this comes to big trouble." to avoid this situation. fans have to have good manners.

Satoshi Ohno and Jun Matsumoto hold each other's shoulder. Sho Sakurai and Matsumoto amusingly move run way together. you can see their chumminess every part. formation very Arashi is naturally created. and Kazunari Ninomiya and Sakurai make their signature pose etc,  such their team work play were developed. and this grabs fans heart

talk about a lack of consideration..it's only 2 days and people flip some shit out -_-
it just so happens that not every one of their fans are able to enter the stadium, think about their feelings of wanting to be able to experience it too despite being hindered by stadium walls, i saw some pics of a lots of people crowded outside while con was ongoing and it seems organized and calm to me
there must be a reason y the con was on weekday - like Arashi's busy schedule, it can't be helped

but still i shouldn't be worked up on such articles by a tabloid..so yeah whatever..LOL

I'm... not meaning to start a fight or anything, but I think putting Arashi's busy schedule as a reason to inconvenience people who live around Kokuritsu is not valid. It can be helped, because concerts are Arashi's big main thing, and surely all the other work can be rescheduled. It was a slip-up from management, I bet. They didn't think through.

Whether it was organized and calm or not, people were there, people were being a hindrance. The fans there were the ones showing a lack of consideration. Personally, I'd be pretty pissed off if for two whole days a sea of fans stood around in my neighbourhood crying and yelling and making noise and producing garbage and blocking the roads. Instead of excusing them saying they were emotional at the time, fans should be good fans and set an example.

Not to mention Japan is pretty strict with noise and neighbourhood quietness. When I was in Japan this summer and a group from my school did fireworks by the riverside, we got policed a couple ten mins after saying there was a noise report from our 'wow~ yay~ so pretty~'s from the neighbourhood. We weren't even drunk or obnoxious at all. And we were down by the river, quite away from the apartment building, the fireworks weren't the kind you shoot up in the sky either. But people are sensitive. The policeman was nice and just ID-ed us and sent us home but had we been drunk or insensitively saying it's not fair or what not, we probably would have paid a fine.

Perhaps a word from Arashi and management about fans outside venues might help. Or it might not.

I agree if this was the case, with fans leaving garbage and being noisy as you said, but this was not the case, at least it's what some fan says, she saw them while was buying goods but didn't stay there too long, she says the fans were just sitting and waving their uchiwas not even singing loud in order to hear Arashi's sing, also says she went back there pretty early in the morning the next day and she says couldn't believe it was damn clean as if no one would have been there the night before.

So, I do think it was a bother too many people in that place, even more if that causes you not being able to walk fast, and knowing how japanese people are about peace and quiet and loving not being bothered I do get they could be angry, but I still think it's kind of exaggerate

That's totally exagerated . I serioulsy can't xDDD As someone who was there and could see how it was ( I stayed there for the whole duration of the concert with a friend) I can tell you, this is complete and utter BS (as it was about Scene LOL)

We can't even hear them much if not AT ALL during the con. The places where the sound was clear was forbidden by the staff. People don't sing don't scream at most they will wave their penlight and some (seldomly though) stand up to make silently penlight moves

People screamed at the fireworks and sang once : during the part where Riida let the fans sings and they sang so soflty we almost couldn't hear each other

People (family friends, I ve seen fathers, children, girlfriend and boyfriend, grands parents) come and sit on the ground (after putting something under tham like a blanket or something they especially brought for that) and they either stay silent and do the penlight moves, or talk among each other

It s SUPER peaceful

And there are designated area where to sit, with barriers and so ....It's not difficult to move around, I don't like too many people ( I hate going to Shin Okubo for example because of that) but here it's nothing. It s a bit full on those designated areas, but that s only there

Some people are not in those areas, but the place is so big, they don't hinder anyone

I can understand though for the AFTER the concert Too many people coming out of the stadium, it's super hard to move either by walking or on car

Eeeer except you were not there so you can't know how it was. Because I only got one ticket and not the next, I stayed outside with all the fans

Firstly, you cannot hear well...The concert noise are pretty low, the only place where we could hear well, the Staff would throw us away

Then (and I have pictures to prove it :DD) the fans are only sitting and on designated area in 80% of the time, with things protecting and preventing them from being too much of an hindrance. The most I've seen someone do is stay up and do silently penlight movement

There are no scream, there are no yelling, people don't throw their things on the ground

One time they screamed : at the fireworks, and that's all

Noone would sing and the only time the fans did it, it was very very softly during the Arashi Arashi for dream (when in the concert, Riida let the fan sings)

Honestly, people were just speaking among each other and others were not speaking AT ALL

I think you should take with a grain of salt what you re reading

Moving around the Koku isn't annoying at that time ( I had to go somewhere around at some point and I had no problem ). It only becomes a hindrance when the cocnerts ends because of how many people there are IN the stadium

I hate this period of time in October when there is like a month of no Arashi shows...!

and I can't believe it's already been a year since Nazotoki... Waiting around for Nazotoki I remember complaining about October last year too... (._.)

Rumor like this always comes out whenever they have big project coming up. If it is not because of Popcorn tour, my bet is they'll be Kohaku MC again this year. The concert should've not be held on weekdays in the first place. Bad planning J-Storm.
