He is Takahashi Hideaki. He is quite famous for his jidaigeki roles, which was seen in this episode. (>_<) Also his daughter is quite famous as well and she was mentioned in this episode. Her name is Takahashi Maasa, who works at Fuji Television as a presenter/announcer.
