Popcorn final is over without trouble. before it, completion party with all stafs and casts was held previous night. on the stage we 5 and junior and band peope. actually this is moment that I realize concert is held supported by tremendous numerous. for this completion party, the flags we used at Kokuritsu are prepared all they way to Nagoya. I felt affection in the details. from quiet person until the person that I’d glance away if I pass by him in the street. (grin) various types of staffed create source of all’s smiles, I feel strange. so, all we have done good job!! thanx!!! well, well. me, currently under shooting. right [God’s medical note 2] as I had break a bit at shooting, went to have dinner with my manger. “first medical note meal” I ate there. … Kimuchi hot pot. yes!! this is zero sense of Nagoya. sorry. as it was so cold. Takumi always call members when he doesn't know diagnosis. that day Ayumi was called. patient is Kosuke Miyamoto, he has neoplasm multiple internal organs such as a liver and an intestinum rectum, as he had bypass surgery of his heart, he was declined medical attendance by 15 hospitals. finally he came here. Kosuke who listens to his episode calmly, contrastingly his fiancé Risako Morita looked worried. Ayumi told this is not impossible to have medical attention, Takumi accepts to remedy him.帝都大学医学部附属病院は、つい先ころ、新生の目玉として高度先端医療センターを発足した。診療科ごとに分れていた先端医療を集約することで、患者の病気を総合的に診断、治療するという画期的な試みだ。専属メンバーは総合医の波多野卓巳（相葉雅紀）、脳神経外科医の橘歩美（多部未華子）、心臓外科医で消化器外科医でもある高木淳二（田辺誠一）、血液内科医の荻原雪代（小池栄子）、神経眼科医の副島雅臣（北村有起哉）、先端応用医学研究室教授兼務の研究医・古牧利明（小日向文世）。彼らを集めたのは、センター長を務める鳴瀬哲司（高嶋政宏）だ。   メンバーは各分野のスペシャリストたちなのだが、個性的でクセのある医師ばかり。総合医の卓巳は問診に時間をかけるため、担当の時間にはいつも患者の大渋滞が起こってしまい、看護師の時田真希（桜庭ななみ）たちを困らせていた。しかし、それは患者とじっくり向き合い、お互いに信頼しあうための卓巳のやり方。また、卓巳は診断に悩んだ時は、必ずメンバーを呼ぶのだ。   この日は、歩美が呼ばれた。患者は宮本孝介（佐藤祐基）。肝臓や直腸など多臓器に腫瘍を患っていて、心臓バイパス手術も受けているため15もの病院で治療を断られた末にここにたどり着いたのだ。冷静に話を聞く孝介とは対照的に、付き添って来た婚約者の森田理沙子（佐藤江梨子）は不安そう。治癒の可能性はゼロではないと言う歩美の言葉も得て、卓巳は治療を請け負う。
