Real Live <fans breakup? due to plug pulled of Himitsu no Arashi-chan>an unexpected incident has arisen among Arashi fans. TBS popular variety show Himitsu no Arashi-chan get plug pulled out end of March. and “currently, this face is amazing!” start after the shot. this casting make Arashi fans break up. Arashi currently got extra popular group. Takumi finds Tae's relative who told "I don't have family." Manami Yoshino who has worked with Tae and Kyoko Nishimura who got along at hospitalization got shock more than the team. Takumi and Takagi explain Tae's situation, they don't accept it. Takagi hand Tae's "starting note." to Manami. Meanwhile, Ayumi saw Kyoko's aspect who throw her own starting note. Yukiyo Hagiwara who heard it from Ayumi heads to her room in a hurry, but Kyoko was already gone.波多野卓巳（相葉雅紀）たち高度先端医療センターのチームが治療していた坂崎多恵（石田ひかり）が、心臓肝移植を目前に心筋梗塞に陥ってしまった。入院中の多恵をずっと見守って来た高木淳二（田辺誠一）は鬼気迫る形相で緊急手術を行う。もちろん、卓巳や橘歩美（多部未華子）たち、チーム全員の意志が多恵を助ける事に集中していた。なんとか人工心臓を取り付ける事に成功し、心拍は戻る。しかし、術後、多恵は麻酔から覚めようとしなかった。 チームは多恵の今後のケアについてカンファレンスを行うのだが、前向きな答えはなかなか見つからない。卓巳は、家族はいないと語っていた多恵の親族を捜す事にする。 チーム同様、それ以上に多恵の状態にショックを受けてしまったのが一緒に仕事をしていた吉野万奈美（紺野まひる）と、入院患者同士で親しくなった西村杏子（谷村美月）。卓巳と高木は万奈美に多恵の状態を説明するのだが、受け入れてもらえない。そんな万奈美に、高木は多恵がつけていたスターティングノートを渡す。一方、歩美は杏子が多恵を見習ってつけていた自分のスターティングノートを捨てる姿を目撃。歩美から話を聞いた荻原雪代（小池栄子）は慌てて病室へと向かうのだが、すでに杏子はいなくなっていた。
