22:00-22:04 Last Hope FTV Masaki Aiba ep.10高度先端医療センターの波多野卓巳（相葉雅紀）たちの手から離されて、手術を受けた町田恭一郎（中原丈雄）。だが、術後の感染症で間質性肺炎とARDS（急性呼吸急迫症候群）という重篤な肺疾患を患ってしまい、再び卓巳たちのもとへと戻された。卓巳たちは、恭一郎の治療法をカンファレンスする。そして、生体肺移植だけしか治療の手段がないという結論に至った。生体肺移植は患者の近親者からの臓器提供が望ましい。卓巳は恭一郎の２人の息子、真一（要潤）と恵介（石田卓也）に状況を説明して臓器提供の意志を確認。すると、恵介は二つ返事で同意するが、真一には拒否されてしまった。恭一郎には両肺を移植しなくてはならない。一人の提供者から両肺を移植するわけにはいかないので、真一の同意がなければ手術は行えない。だが、医師が移植を勧める事は出来ないため、卓巳は再び真一のもとへ向かう。その卓巳は、自らの出生の秘密を探るうちに行き当たった斉藤健（高橋一生）の主治医となった。橘歩美（多部未華子）は行方不明となっている父親の居場所に近づこうとしている。高木淳二（田辺誠一）、荻原雪代（小池栄子）たちも、それぞれの過去や直面する医療問題の答えを得ようとしていた。
