Live tour concert tickets in Nagoya

Hi guys. I currently live in Nagoya and I want to attend Arashi's tour concert in Nagoya Dome this coming November. I'm not a fan club member, so is there anything I can do to get tickets? I'm sure it'd be expensive as hell but I'm only here for a year so I might as well attend their concert if I can! And anyway, how can I apply to be a fc member?
