arashi_onhi, I have a question for people who have attended VSA as viewer directly.
Actually I do ballot for VSA since December last year with my friend but both of us have no luck until now. since the newest invitaton just arrived in my mail and I really REALLY want to win the ballot before my exchange term ends this september, I'm wondering whether there was a mistake I had committed in that ballot system. JE clearly stated that double ballot is not permitted and it will be categorized as fail ballot. In other hand, what me and my friend did was: I do ballot for VSA in July 1st and my friend does ballot for VSA in July 15th in order to get a bigger chance to win. Do you think it means we do double ballot although the person who did it not the same person?
