Tour ballot - what happens next?

Can anyone help?
I am in the fan club thanks to a friend in Osaka, and she has made a postal ballot on my behalf for Fukuoka (I do have a registered email but she is not great with the internet). How and when do we find out if I've got a ticket? I did google translate an email from Johnnys but I'm none the wiser apart from I think it's early October.
