FC Membership Card

I applied to join the fanclub sometime in August and I still haven't gotten my membership card. I know I'm in the fanclub because back in October I phoned the number they have on their website to check, and I also received the latest fanclub newsletter a couple weeks back.
I know the johnny's website also had instructions for those who haven't received their cards which said to send them a copy of your receipt to the provided address, and I did that in mid-November (with a little polite message saying i was still waiting for my card), but... I still haven't gotten anything. I know when you first apply sometimes it takes 2months or so for the card to arrive, but if you send them a letter could it potentially take another 2 months? Or should I send another letter? Or should I call a number?
I'm just a little unsure with how to proceed. I know the card isn't really necessary unless you're applying for TV show recordings, but I still really want it anyway. Any advice from past/current FC members - anyone else had a situation similar to this?
