ARASHI "Japonism Show" in Arena

Hi guys! So I won my own ticket to see the first show in Fukui and I have my digital ticket ready to go etc. I just noticed that we will need to show it before purchasing goods. The information also says that you can only purchase goods on the same day as the performance you will see but I noticed that the pre-sale of goods open today and tomorrow. However, on the Johnnys site it also says that a reservation is required?? Does anyone know how I can go about this? It will make the day of the concert a little less stressful as I'll have a 6 month old baby with me... An early start followed by checking out, negotiating luggage and somehow getting goods before entering the concert venue between 11:30am - 1:00pm sounds impossible to me!! Arghhh~
