Maintaining Arashi FC Membership After Leaving Japan

My sister is currently on a working holiday in Japan and has joined the Arashi fanclub using her address. She'll be moving back to Canada at the end of August and plans to transfer it to her friend's address. Can she just log onto the website and change the address, or would she have to show proof that she's living at her friend's address before they let you do so?

Also how can she pay for things like membership renewal fees, concert tickets (if she manages to hit) when she's not physically in Japan? Can she ask a friend to pay on her behalf at the post office or combini? At this point she's not sure if she'll be keeping her Japanese bank account after she leaves Japan. And I heard online banking in Japan is a lot more complicated than in Canada...
