Shipping date for concert tickets?

Hey everyone!
I was wondering if anyone in the fanclub could help me with some information?

I hit for tickets for the Are You Happy? Tour Final in Fukuoka, but the tickets haven't
arrived yet (as expected). Does anyone know when the tickets will be shipped?I



I won't be able to make it to Fukuoka on the 8th, so I need to get
my tickets as fast as possible to exchange them with another date. T____T
So it would be really helpful to know when I get my tickets T__T
How much in advance where the tickets for other concerts shipped?
