Identity verification for Waku Waku

arashi_onHi! This is just me thinking positively and really really hoping that I will be picked for this year's Waku Waku so...
As I am just relying on the automatic English translations in Google Chrome, I'm not sure if I understood the procedures in this year's Waku Waku properly. In the FC, there is a posted procedure for watching the event and it is indicated in No. 4 that you need to present your digital ticket to the venue 3 days before the event. Is this really the case?
I don't live in Japan that's why this really bothered me.. I hope some of you can clear things up for me. Thank you so much!
