The odds of seeing a JE guy are about .000001%. I've lived in Chiba (next to Tokyo) and have gone to Tokyo on a regular basis and I've never bumped into any JE guys. Most don't ride the trains (they have cars or the studio sends them home). IF you do see one, LEAVE HIM ALONE. Would you want to be bothered by a pesky fan?
