いやぁ…

今回もまた良い出来ちゃいましたねー。

レコーディング中、隣のスタジオで『虹の彼方へ』の弦楽器をレコーディングしてました…

ご挨拶に伺ってのですが、それはそれは最高でした。

打ち込みの音で聴いていたものが目の前で演奏されるのを見て、感動してしまった次第です。

当たり前の事であるんだけど
『沢山の方々と一緒に作り上げているんだ』
という事を再認識した瞬間でした。

という事もあり
『虹の彼方へ』好きです。

『Flashback』も好きです。

ていうか全曲好きです。

ちなみに
『My Answer』
みんないい感じにラップしてくれて満足しています。
さすが嵐。

最後に自分のソロ曲について。
全編ラップです。考えてみたら、今まだやってなかったね。

10以上の声を重ね、女性コーラス以外は全て僕の声で作りました。

Arashi’s 8th Album
“Dream ‘A’Live”
Has dropped.
Man…

This time we managed to do a good job again, huh.

When we were recording, in the next studio they were recording the strings for “Niji no Kanata e”…

I went to go greet them and, man, that was the best.

I can hear them giving it their all, but being able to see with my own eyes [the musicians] putting their all into the performance, I was immediately emotionally moved.

I know that its simply common sense but, when I saw this I was instantly reminded of how many people were working together with us to create [this album].

And also,
I like “Niji no Kanata e.”

I also like “Flashback.”

Actually, now that I think of it I like all of them.

By the way, I felt really satisfied that everyone rapped so well with me in “My Answer.” As expected from Arashi.

And finally, lets talk about my solo.
Its all rap. If you actually think about it, I haven’t done anything quite like that before.

There are more than 10 voices in this song, and with the exception of the female chorus, all of the voices were made by me.

The repeating words.

Words that give the sense of beat, [like a drum][1].

Or rather, every word has its own meaning within the song[2].

Please firmly accept [this album].

Well then.

Lets meet again at the concert. I’m looking forward to meeting you all again [at the concert].

Notes:
[1]This was pretty hard to understand, much less to translate. I asked my dad and he said that Sho meant that the words came at you like a machine gun with a very set rhythm. It actually translates to percussion. I figured that a drum would be a little less violent than a machine gun.
[2]And this was also hard to translate. He means that every word and sound has its right place and responsibility in the song, implying that if some voice or other wasnt there, the balance of the song would be off.

Thanks for posting these! I got like, no sleep last night, doing a project and a speech because I suck and procrastinate for everything. I think Sho-chan has the longest message compare to another four ne ^^ As expected from Sho-chan he just wanted to give us information about the album as much as possible, but in a short message as much as possible too :P And talking about his solo, Sho-chan is really cool ne ^^ Creating his own solo bu using his own voice in most of the part of the song ne :D I think that's amazing already. ^^

Although when I listened to this album, it made me think of Arashi when they were just debuted. I don't know why, but a few songs in the album made me think like that. :P
Anyways, this album was also another good album from Arashi ne ^^
