I must be blind, but where in the forum does it say that you need 30 posts? And is it like at Aibakaland where you need to ask permission to the restricted area once you've made 30 posts?

the board (Restricted Download Board @ RDL) is hidden..once u reached 30 posts, it'll be unlocked n unhidden..

the RDL board is actually located after the General Download Board in www.arashian.com
