RE; the concert ticket ?

I am wondering if I could to attend on the 2nd AAA concert in Taipei.... Does anyone can tell me "how to book the ticket" for some fans living out of Taipei like me.
Myself is also, have been joining in FC in Japan but there is no information about ticketting regarding to concert in overseas...
It wouldl be much appreciated if someone will give me any info about booking ticket for Arashi Marks 2008 in Asia. Thanks The storm
