Maou: Ep 6 Ratings

Since Olympics' opening night was last Friday as well, I was kind of worried about how much Maou's viewership would drop. And indeed, however not unexpectedly, the ratings for episode 6 dropped to 7.6% (as indicated on wiki).

For episode 7 as well, the viewership will probably continue being pretty low with the Olympics still on its way.

Just thought everyone would like to know. ^______^

Hi, I am also very sad when I saw this news myself. Every week without fail, I will check the ratings but this is an all time low. However, it should be okay if ratings for every show drop. This is something unavoidable. Ganbatte ne~ Maou

Yeah, I thought that would happen. But I blame the Olympics. Ep 6 was good. Really really really. I wish they would take it off air while really high rating stuff like the Olympics are on. That's what they do with a lot of shows here in Australia during big event times like this.

Pfft. I'm not worried. Episode 6 was incredible, and prior to it the ratings had been going up anyway. It's just the Olympics messing with the ratings. :)

yeahh.. even though it Maou is being overshadowed by the Olympics, many people will still watch a replay or catch it online after the Olympics XD

i watched episode 6 and I loved it! I was waiting when he would "reveal" himself to the audience... i cant wait to see how they finish the story. it going to be intense!

I thought it was going to be a whole lot worse. The Olympics is a phenomenon, and i know just about everyone watches it here, and as far as i know Japan is pretty loyal to its storts.

Honestly, despite how much i LUV Maou, i'm surprised the episode rated even that much.

So, Well done, in my opinion!
