Help! Tickets for Arashi in Seoul

My friend and I will be in Tokyo next October and November, and we were thinking it would be great if we could go to Seoul for the concerts. But, I have no idea of how to get the tickets!!! Does anyone of you know how to buy the tickets, and if we can buy them on the internet from Italy, or should we ask our friends in Korea to buy them for us?? Or can anybody tell me where I can find infos??

I saw a map of the Olympic Fancing Stadium in Seoul...it's sooooo small!!! I'm afraid all the tickts will be sold in too short time ç____ç

most of the time you need something that's called a 주민번호 or a social security no. i think it would be best to ask friends in Korea-- are they citizens?
