Ah, I don't know who you booked with BUT there hasn't been an announcement yet from the official ticket sellers. I hope you haven't parted with any money yet!! There's been warnings about scams!

Can you read chinese? If so, here it is:
ARASHI嵐亞洲巡迴演唱會上海場門票,從未委託永樂票務及任何內地售票公司或網站代為訂購或販售,請觀眾提高警覺切勿上當,誤信網路不正確資訊及不明來電,匯款給這些違法的票務單位,造成金錢上的損失。所有售票資訊都會在官網上公布,若有任何問題請聯絡客服電話021-62531190(10: 00~19:00 /六・日・假日除外)或上官網留言討論區詢問。

You're welcome. Would hate to see scammers get money and genuine fans miss out on seeing the concert.

Anyway, roughly it says that Arashi Asian Tour tickets for Shanghai have not been distributed to any ticket sellers or online sites and to wait for an official announcement. It also warns against giving these people money. There's also a phone number given for customer service (weekdays) but I'm not sure for what country the number is for.

i've tried to book using this website.... so far i've received an email from them saying that the ticket is now out... but when i call the number given... they're stil on booking.

hay... i've been on haywire since i've received that email since they've mentioned that they will cancel my order if they don't receive any communication within the next 3 days.... still keeping my fingers cross.. hopefully we will be able to buy tickets.

Guys, i also booked tickets there but when i saw a message from a more reliable source that there haven't been any announcements where people can get tickets, i got really pissed off. There are a lot of scammers site that says they're booking Arashi tickets but they are just fooling us! As soon as I saw that annoucement, i got in touch with ticketone's customer service via msn to cancel my order. They say they already cancelled it but when i go to my account, the order is still there. So who wouldn't suspect its really a scam? And if you look on their site, there isn't any link to even cancel what you ordered or a option to delete your account to their site. What I did was to change all my "true" contact info so they won't bother me. I was relieved that when i first register, it didn't ask for any credit card details. So if you received an email from them asking for your confirmation if you weant to buy or not, just ignore it. They are SCAMS!

yabaiii... is it really a scam?

been checking the website previously and it seems legit... but since i'm not in shanghai i cannot say for sure...

my travel guide has suggested to use this website instead : http://www.tickets365.com.cn/tk2005/eng/ticket_detail.jsp?ticketid=47965

above link directs you to the arashi concert but if you search the main page, it's not found....tsk tsk tsk

will verify again and update you soon, according to the guide, she called the ticketing office and once ticket is up for selling they will call her. Hopefully, there is enough ticket available when that happens.

ticketone is genrally reliable, my friends have used it to book tickets for their other concerts when they were still living there.

I think what ticketone means by booking is that they will take into consideration your booking for the concert. this just means that rather than you checking the website obsessively everyday for updates, they will inform you when the tickets are on sale. that means that once you confirm at that time that you wish to order the tickets, they can process your order immediately. think of it as a reservation rather than a actual purchase i guess?

if you're worried about scamming, i suggest the cash on delivery option. or you can try other websites to purchase the tickets? i used http://sh.piao.com.cn/en_piao/ to purchase my tickets for L'Arc shanghai concert earlier this year. it doesn't ship overseas and you'd have to be in Shanghai 3 days before the show as well but I can say that this website IS reliable.
