VS Arashi only airs in Tokyo, so if she's anywhere outside of that, that's the only one she wouldn't be able to watch. Shukudai-kun also changes times nearly every week (sometimes it's 10 minutes earlier, 10 minutes later, etc).

does it mean that people outside tokyo can't watch VSA?
I wonder why.. is Fuji TV some kind of local channel or what?
do channel TV on japan broadcast different show on different areas?
it's kinda weird for me, totally don't get it =<

the only Japanese channel I know is NHK
and I only watch one show that airs on 10:10 PM Japan time XD

Yes, that means people outside of Tokyo can't watch VSA (unless their broadcasting follows Tokyo's). Japan, just like many other countries, has certain programs that are local to different areas. FujiTV and NHK are networks, not channels. So for example, NHK may be channel 5 in Tokyo, but channel 10 in Osaka. Major programs (like dramas, prime time shows, etc) are shown at the same time in all areas. But some programs are local programs - just like there is local and national news. VSA is a part of the program "Vanilla Kibun" just like GRA/MMA/AraWaza before it. The entire Vanilla Kibun program is a local show. While it's airing in Tokyo, other prefectures air their own local programs. For example, when I was last in Japan, Osaka aired a commedy program on FujiTV while Tokyo aired Vanilla Kibun.

do you live in japan? Because i live in Hiroshima and we have vs arashi
but no arashi no shukudai-kun
the whole thing depends on the tv channel fuji tv or ntv are aired everywhere in the country so its the same time where ever you are, but some shows are on local channels so its different everywhere. Or its not even on tv (-_______-)"
