Questions About AAA 2008 Taipei Con

hi guys! sorry about the post before - but i gotta ask these questions:

1. When and what time exactly are the boys arriving in Taipei?

2. Are cameras or videocams allowed inside the Taipei Arena? I seriously doubt it, but will binoculars be okay?

3. Will they be selling official concert goods/merchandise there at the Arena? Will they be overpriced and is it hard to get (like will they be instantly sold out)?

I asked my Taiwanese friend on this since he's going for their upcoming concert & this's the 2nd time he's going , the 1st was their debut maiden taipei concert 2 years ago .

1) he's not sure , probably the day before

2) binoculars are fine but cameras & videocams are not allowed

3) he heard that girls line up for the goods very early in the morning & some even wait the night before the concert .

3. Assuming the Asia Tour is run the same way the concerts in Japan are run, yes they will be selling concert goods. In Japan, they usually have a set time that the goods stand opens, usually around 10am the day of the concert. Sometimes they even open it the day before, and it's usually still open for three hours after the concert ends. The official website says an announcement of the goods stand hours is coming soon. As for prices, look here (http://www.johnnys-net.jp/j/jshop/goods/arashi/c_goods.html). Those are the goods that will be sold, and how much they cost in yen. I assume the prices will just be converted to Taiwanese currency.

I'm not sure if there's an official site in Chinese for fans in Taipei, but the official Johnny's website always has information about concert tours. The page for the Asia Tour is here (http://www.johnnys-net.jp/j/artists/arashi/consta/consta.html#asia_2008). At the very bottom of the page, there's a phone number you can call if you live in Taiwan to get more information.

You should try the Chinese JE site ~~~ I usually go there to read translations of the JWEBS that they sometimes post. But its been quite awhile since I've been there so I'm not sure if the site is still valid.

I remember last time Arashi went to Taiwan.. They had posted the time the guys were arriving.(why I have no idea XD). HENCE THE CRAZY FANS at the airport. LOL

I've been to Taipei cons 2 years ago... and:
1) they came one day earlier to Taipei;
2) no cameras was allowed, binoculars I think - yes.
3) I arrived to the Arena around 2PM and lined up for around 1 hours... though goods were not sold out and next day actually the queues were shorter.

This year though seems more crazy... like the tickets were sold out really quickly... so dunno...

you said that right - they went sold out only 5 hours after they went on sale in era! i was just damn lucky to get these tickets ;D
